Cryptographic Services failed

Anybody have an idea of this Event Viewer error, i get one everyday but no crashes of system. There is ways i saw to give this access, did not understand the way, is it necessary, image backup ?

Oh i do that a lot too, ty. Can not figure these steps out, plus is this the cure for sure ? Do not use backup, system restore yes.
Not understanding it well, either. Why i try here too.
