So, this problem has existed since you built / bought the PC over a year ago?

If it has, and it seems you have verified the memory as good in another system, I would say the motherboard or CPU is bad. I've seen a bent pin on a CPU do this as well as motherboard flex (a friend of mine ran too many cables under the board - causing it to flex). It could also be a standoff touching the motherboard - hard to know since I don't know if you self built the machine.

But I would start by checking the CPU / Motherboard connection and verify nothing is touching any runs or flexing the board. Check all the standoffs to make sure they are in the correct positions are the correct height. Set up your motherboard on a flat piece of wood covered in some foam rubber to rule out flex and grounding issues. You should be able to figure this one out quickly but you may be beyond the motherboard warranty although I know it is a pain to tear your system apart like this. I know I always hate CPU / Motherboard errors....

    Good luck.

So, thanks for idea! I opened pc, checked all cables (nothin under MOBO) and pulled out CPU. After 2mins I detected bended pin (forgot to take a photo, so attachment is just google image with circled pin which bended) After I bended that pin back, it broke. Whole pin but, it is no more colapsing with other pins, and it seems like it solved my 2nd problem (BSOD after fresh start), although I am not sure yet. RAM problem continues....

I'm wandering how it fit in the socket and worked at all with a bent pin.

I didn't even know that a CPU would work with a bent pin. I just learned something.

Yeah.. So that pin is not there at all... Could this be the problem? Because I think that when I used CPU first time, I had this problem too... Then I reclaimed MOBO and problem continued (and then when I was changing MOBOs I bended that pin?)
