Hello everyone, I'm new on this Eight forum.
Recently I got a new ASUS laptop X550D with Windows 8.1 installed on it.
I want to make a partition for another OS (Linux Mint) when I check it by disk management, there are 5 partition (or 2?)
Because I knew there is a limitation for primary partition. can anyone explain to me about this and what should I do next to make a new partition?
partition:
1. 100 MB system reserved
2. 900 MB (recovery partition)
3. 20.01 GB (recovery partition)
4. 186.30 GB (drive C primary partition)
5. 258 GB (drive D primary partition)
why are there 2 recovery partitions? and does Windows 8.1 has put a recovery on it? (especially the 20 GB)
Thank you for your help!
