LG DVD Disc player registry error 19...

Have an LG GH24NS95 Disc player that worked fine but quit working due to a registry error (19) Ran a registry program to correct any registry errors but has not fixed the problem. Disc player does not show up when I open file explorer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I am not the greatest computer wizard.

Have you recently installed iTunes? There is sometimes an issue with a Gear Software driver included with it. Here's a link to a newer one if this is the case....
