I need a link to download CPU-Z on my system. I believe I have an i3 processor. If not, I will look and see what I have in the morning. Every time I try to download it, it wants to install other junk with it. Speccy wouldn't work on my system. Why? I don't know.
Just call yourself lucky that you got a good chipset. You can send the results to Intel for them to verify if that batch of CPU's is in fact all rated at the lower i3 rating.
It is a known fact that Intel has doe that with their CPU's for a very long time. If your chip is showing rated at the faster CPU or another model, as I stated before, consider yourself lucky.Just call yourself lucky that you got a good chipset. Why do you say this? I don't understand why I should be considering myself lucky for having a good chipset.

CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
Try using Intel's own tool: Download Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool - MajorGeeksI need a link to download CPU-Z on my system. I believe I have an i3 processor. I tried that. But, the CPUID software wont load. It stops at Processors.

Not as good as it's full version. So, it's not a good processor?
That is all that really matters.Okay. Well, it gets the job and tasks done and that's what counts. It's really not that slow.
