A friend of mines recently ran into some tablet issues and asked me to check it out. First, apps were not opening giving the error "The screen resolution is too low for this app to run". Googled the issue, and most recommended booting into safe mode. Went to config settings (IIRC), which was one of the few links opening, then selected to boot in safe mode.
After rebooting, the touchscreen is now unresponsive, and cannot enter the password to log in. It appears other drivers or w/e are disabled since the WiFi is off also. Any assistance? I'll try to answer questions as specific as I can.
