Headphones not working after uninstalling a sound program

The program was Realtek HD. I installed it, it was trash, so I uninstalled it. Now that I've booted my PC up again, headphones don't work. Tried multiple headphones so it's definitely the drivers.

Currently I've reinstalled the infernal program but would like to uninstall it while keeping audio, if anyone can help with that

Did you set the headphones as the default device to make sure that the audio is pass through to it?

Right click on the sound icon in the system tray and the select headphones and click set as the default device.

The set default button is greyed out and unclickable

Can you post a screenshot of the "playback devices" window with the headphones plugged in?

With uninstallation of that "trash (why ?) program" you uninstalled drivers for sound too.

Ah, so my original drivers that I had before Realtek got uninstalled when I installed Realtek? And now when I uninstall Realtek it doesn't have a driver to fall back on?

That's about it. Which exact codec sound chip is in the computer. ? You should have right drivers for right chip to get everything possible out of it.
