Several bluetooth related errors event 17, 26, 1

All these events happen AFTER waking from sleep, they don't show up any other time
I just bought it a few days ago and after the first time it went to sleep I started receiving
these errors..after searching it appears that Dell seems to have a particular issue since Windows Vista
Bluetooth adapter is a Qualcomm Atheros card .
