    USB Mouse/Keyboard issues

Recently got an HP Envy laptop, I have a USB wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse. Both Logitech but not both from the same package. Since I got this laptop I've been having problems where they both will frequently skip, not work at all or lag really poorly. I THINK it does it more while I'm playing World of Warcraft, but it does seem to still do it during just internet browsing. It's really irritating. Both have fresh batteries... I've turned off the USB sleep thing while laptop is plugged in which it always is. Any other ideas? Thanks

Are they both Unifying and if yes are they both linked to the one Unifying dongle?

They have separate dongles. They actually do ONLY do this in game. I contacted the support and they are basically stumped. Hard to diagnose without seeing it I suppose. I did do an Nvidia update recently, could that be causing an issue? Or.. any other possibilities? Sorry for the very delayed response. I was waiting for Blizzard to contact me to see if they could help seeing as it's an in-game issue.

Question are these the same USB dongles and if so, why are using 2 ? I have Logitech k800 and logitech m570 wireless both use same dongle, but only use one. For one possible something is disturbing the receiver from dongle to keyboard. Metal items, cell phones or others electrical items.

Model of both would be helpful. Doubtful NVIDIA update causing it.

I reverted the update, didn't do any good so I guess it wasn't that. Keyboard is K360, Mouse is M510. Can they both be set to use the same dogle? I have no idea if so

They sure can use same USB receiver, could be issue, unless something is disturbing it as mentioned, happened to me with desktop had to move it closer, but with laptop do not think going be far from receiver dongle.
Pull one out and redo both with one dongle through Logitech setpoint software unifying settings

Well thanks, I got them both into one dongle. I'll see how it goes in game for a bit and let you know. The laptop is also 1-2 feet from the mouse and there's only a wooden table in the way of the signal.

Did you remove the second dongle? Are your batteries good in both devices? That's one of the nice features of the Unifying software. You can unlink and link different devices to the one receiver. My K350 keyboard came with a mouse that I don't use. I just unlinked the keyboard from its original dongle and linked it to the Unifying receiver for my M570 Trackball. Then I gave the Mouse and its original receiver to my father.
