Made new partition failed

HI!
when i tuch the start buttom on the laptop is start working and first things i see is the HP logo and it's
loading like for 1-2 minutes and after i have just black screen nothing else i tried to going to the boot
menu but i cant so i tried to put the windows CD if the laptop is see if i can re-install the windows but it's
again not work.
IN the beginning i bought a new HP 15 Notebook PC 15-G09sa and i tried to make a new particion from the C:
Particion because i had there 900 gb and if i reinstall the windows i will lost my documents. So I tried
to make a new particion with the AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard Edition 5.5 i done it and when it was worked
after I had the problem in the refresh but it's not went to loggin or anything i can't going to boot menu too.
