That's not much info to go by?
Your budget will greatly affect what gets recommended, how much do you want to spend?
Are you going to reuse any of your current hardware?
Do you have any preferences as to brands, Intel vs AMD, APU or CPU, NVidia vs AMD, etc?

Agreed, without knowing your budget or the intended purpose of this computer, we have nothing to go on.

I´m looking to buy a new Motherboard, RAM memory and Chipset
Note a different motherboard with a different chipset will most likely require a new CPU too.

Also, the vast majority of Windows licenses are tied to the motherboard (if custom built) or the computer (if factory-built) they originally come with. So unless you separately purchased a full "Retail" version license for your last computer, and not an OEM/System Builder's license (as is typical), you will need to purchase a new license for Window with this new motherboard too, or go with one of the many fine, free and fully capable versions of Linux.

I would like to spend around 1500€
Would refuse some hardware only if necessary.
I really don't have any brand preference.
I want also to buy a new CPU.

Thank you very much for your time.

One more information would clarify things, what is the main use of the system and what you expect from it ?
First two things I ask for when somebody asks for computer, what for and how much.

If that machine you have now is trouble-free, it should be more than enough for those tasks. On the other hand, if you were to use it for a lot of video editing and/or heavy games it's another story.

True, but my problem is that I have several BSOD a day, sometimes more than 20.... My not very nice Motherboard does not have updates since 2009, so this upgrade is mainly to solve that.
Thanks.

Assuming that you can re-use your external components, (Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Etc), A €1500 would alow you a good choice of pre-built. "barebones" systems, which are also often customizable in details, They also of course remove a lot of the build element from replacing a system, (some will also include an OS), and your existing system is always available as a backup for emergencies. Not sure what is available in your area but places such as Amazon supply Europe wide so may be worth a look :)

A you are experiencing the BSOD issues there is also the option of a System Kit, containing Motherboard, Matched Processor and Ram, normally sold as a "Motherboard Bundle" which would be installed in your existing case :)

One other thing, If you decide to re-use your existing case, you may need to check the power rating of your PSU, especially if you decide to upgrade your graphics for the photo editing, A replacement 500-600W PSU should be ok for all but the top end graphics cards and can be found at quite reasonable prices < €100 :)

Should be if you don't go overboard with it. Keep in mind that newer and faster video cards are not faster in 2D but only in 3D department like games.
