Slow boot & Intel SSD degredation

Hi all.

I'm encountering two issues:

1. Intel SSD write performance
2. Marvell causes slow boot

I'm using Win8.1.
I went over the guide here: The SSD Optimization Guide Ultimate Windows 8 (And Win7) Edition | The SSD Review
I mainly tried step 14,15 & 19. It did improve the performance but not up to the spec of the drive.

I have this Intel SSD for 2 years now.
I used to get up to spec. Performance with AS SSD but now I'm getting this:

Look at the write speed!
According to the SSD Spec's, I need to get at least 500MB/s on Seq. Write.

I connect to the gray port (Intel) on my Asus P8Z77-V-Deluxe which is SATA3.
This drive has 65GB free.

I'm using the Asus P8Z77-V-Deluxe mother board with the following storage specs:
Intel® Z77 chipset :
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), gray
4 x SATA 3Gb/s port(s), blue
Supports Intel® Smart Response Technology, Intel® Rapid Start Technology, Intel® Smart Connect Technology
Marvell® PCIe 9128 controller :
2 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), navy blue

I'm currently running:
Intel SSD (OS drive) - on Gray port
Crucial SSD - on Gray port
2 HDD's both on - Marvell Navy Blue ports.

So before I had abour 500MB/s on SEQ Write but now I'm getting half of it.

Please help me restore the performance of this SSD.
