Some keys are not responding

Hello everyone, the 5,T,G,B keys on my Toshiba A55-P5200 have stopped working. I have done a system restore, even an upgrade, installed all keyboard updates but it still wouldn't work.
I have tried opening it but i cant figure out how to remove the keyboard since i'm still troubleshooting. Can anyone plz help me out here? i need this to work:(

Did you notice that those keys are in line across the keyboard ? It looks like one of the traces on KB is broken, no software solutions for that.

Hi,

does an external keyboard work? the toshiba laptop i have taken keyboard off had to remove the cover above keyboard using a small screw driver to pry carefully up and then their was 3 screw to take out on top of keyboard and 2 other screws under covers in the back. not all toshibas are the same. i did not find a service manual for that laptop that you posted.
