WiFi driver keeps "dissapearing" :(

Hi all, I have searched here and there for a solution but nothing for months now. :( For over 6 monthns now, my laptop seems to mysteriously "lose" my Wireless LAN driver. I always have to go into the device manager and ask it to find the driver again. This happens around 5-6 times a week and sometimes more. And of course I have re-enter any WiFi password again to connect.

To try and fix this I downloaded the latest driver package off Toshiba's site but when the package has finished extracting and ready to run the installation I get this error message from Windows, "error occurred in system module -135". And no setup is launched.

In device manager I can see two network cards.
ONE, "Qualcomm Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30)"
Driver Provider : Microsoft
Date : 01/04/13
Driver Version : 2.1.0.16
Digital Signer : Microsoft Windows
That is my RJ45 adapter I guess

TWO, "Qualcomm Atheros AR9002WB-1NG Wireless Network Adapter #40"
Driver Provider : Unknown
Driver Date : Not available
Driver Version : Not available
Digital Signer : Not digitally signed

Just so you know, right now my WiFi is working and those are the driver details found in my Device Manager, i.e it is working without knowing any details about the driver. My guess is, Windows 8.1 has made its own driver to use it maybe ? If so, it is rubbish as it keeps "losing" the driver and I constantly have to re-install it.

Also, when I bring up the list of available WiFi connections, I notice that my WiFi name keeps changing. For e.g, right now it is called Wi-Fi 119, that number changes a lot. Not sure if that is relevant though. And this problem cannot be forcefully recreated, but can happen at ANY time. When I restart, when it is simple idle or after waking up from Hibernation. I do not recall it happening whilst I was actually using my laptop, i.e using the internet.. Not sure either if that helps.

If I was not clear about anything or if you need more information to help me solve this problem, by all means, please ask.
