Solved cannot access USB Key on 64 bit Windows 8.1

Hi,

Sorry for my poor English , I am not English speaking.

I have an 32 bit App runnig on Windows 8.1 64 bit without any issue.
I need to access a Key connect to the USB Port from my 32 bit App.
In order to access the Key, I use an 32 bit API DLL and 64 bit Drivers.
I can access the Key from any Windows 32 bit OS (XP SP3 and Windows 10 Preview) but on Windows 64 bit I can not access the Key.

Do someone knows why I can not access it from 64 bit OS?
Is it a Driver issue or the DLL issue?
