So after hours and hours of trying to fix my HDD it had become so corrupt to the point I cannot install windows on it, I can't system restore or anything. So I'm just wondering is there a way I can install windows on a USB and format my HDD? Cause if I can format it I'm certain It will fix it.

You can probably download a bootable repair tool from the manufacture of the hard drive or you can boot to a windows pe usb drive to do a format of the disk as well. With that being said...you will a need a second working computer to do the downloads and to make the USB stick. Good luck.

Well my brother can do that when we wakes up. Cause like literally it's been going down hill. It started with games crashing, then like a hour later I got unmountable boot volume and couldn't boot up. Then it did boot up but then I tried refreshing and it didn't work and froze. Restarted after that and I can't even get to my desktop. I tried restoring, installing windows with my install disc, everything to try and fix my HDD and it will not work. People think my HDD is damaged but it can't be. It still shows up on my BIOS.

Just because it shows up in BIOS doesn't mean it isn't damaged or failing.

If you have another good computer and an external USB drive caddy you can try to salvage what is on it and then try to see if it is repairable. You need to see what SMART is reporting on the drive.

I'm kinda thinking it might be damaged inside. I googled some noises but I couldn't find one. It sounds like it reads it for like a 2nd then it makes 4 clicking sounds, then it makes another sound like it's moving like if you put a disc in and the head gets put on top then taken off. Then it goes back to a stale reading sound for another second and repeats

Cause if I can format it I'm certain It will fix it.
Formatting does not fix corruption, or more importantly, the cause of the corruption. And clicking typically means the R/W head is banging the endstops looking for data. Not good.

You can try chkdsk /r or Error checking, but it does not sound too promising. Once a drive starts to fail, it generally will not get better, or stay fixed.

I think you should try to recover any data, if possible. You might try Recuva from the makers of CCleaner. Then
