Does anyone know what this error is in Windows 8.1 - and how to fix it? This occurs every time I boot the computer, it's highly annoying. I suspect it started when I added a Wacom Tablet, I've since uninstalled the drivers for this - so this error is confusing - I don't know what's causing it...
