So,I built a new custom PC. I installed W7 on it and all the drivers. I turned it off because I wanted to do some cable management. After I was done ,I tried to boot into windows, but the MOBO isn't detecting my keyboard and mouse on the rear MOBO panel

MOBO : Asus H81MC
Keyboard : Steelseries shift

Well, the thing is that I can't boot into my windows. I see the Asus logo that says what buttons to press to enter BIOS and then the message pops up,after that my PC restarts

Do you have another keyboard to work with until we sort out the issue?

Well,I am writing this from my 2nd PC ( that used to be my main PC ). I am using the same keyboard that I used on the other PC with the USB issue

I know, but since you probably have a driver issue on the other PC, you should use another keyboard there in order to boot that machine up, and sort out the driver issues before you start using that keyboard on that machine again.

The thing is I don't have a second keyboard.... :/
Looks like I will need to buy one of those PCI USB expansions that give you extra USB ports

I've had the same issue on my Windows 8.1 PC with Logitech G710+ keyboard, and that's how I solved it.

If it's stuck in BIOS than it has nothing to do with drivers. There might be a setting in BIOS for "USB legacy mode", maybe you should reset BIOS to default.

Yes. That's normal. No PC will start if there is not a keyboard detected.

That what stuck in BIOS means, not going anywhere beyond, so it's stuck there.
Look at the third line from bottom, together with second line from the bottom it looks like that KB either draws too much power or there is a short.
No, it's not true that no computer would start without KB present unless it's set in BIOS "Stop on any or KB error".
