so In many years in pc experience I noticed in my case I would know the day that my pc wont post
The normal post I look at the power LED on and H.D.D LED begins to blink as PC is starting
when they are suddenly off in the next restart I surely know that the PC wont post
IS there a link between the power led and Post ability
I am know at this case sometimes they turn on sometimes they dont
Trying to reset CMOS until they are on again after 10 times clearing
What is wrong?
Thanks

No, there's no real relation between the two, except that the power LED means that the system is powered up and will begin the POST process. In your case I'd say it sounds like your motherboard has bad caps. It's a common symptom where a computer may take multiple tries to boot and will stall somewhere during the POST sequence, but run perfectly fine when it does boot normally.

Unless you're extraordinarily skilled with a soldering iron, there's no way to fix this except to replace the motherboard, assuming it is indeed bad caps. A less likely, but still possible, explanation would be a failing power supply.

I would lean toward the Power supply You probably want a bigger one for your next build anyway and it might solve your current problem

That's completely normal for bad capacitors.
is this normal for this condition
what about the case of the cpu ago I changed it and the PC posted again??
I want to make sure its 100% the capacitors caused this
the PC fans states changed to spin for 2 sec and then shuts off then on again in a loop
thanks

You'll never know for sure until you swap out some component unless you can visually see bulging and/or leaking capacitors on the motherboard, but it being bad capacitors fits the symptoms much better than a bad CPU. Unless when you swapped the CPU it started posting 100% of the time for an extended period of time, it was nothing more than a coincidence.

I have run into loop problem like that few times an it turned out that start button was getting stuck in ON position. It's aesy to check for that by disconnecting it from MB and using a screwdriver to shorten the contacts instead. One second is enough.
