Changing SATA to Compatible from Enhanced makes OS nt boot

Hello, I know this is my fault but I was looking for a way to fix my hard disk (it constantly increases the CRC error count)but anyway it made me have another issue. now I can't get back to Enhanced mode because whenever I try to change back to Enhanced mode ,it makes windows to raise BSOD with inaccessible_boot_device error, I tried to find any solution but I couldn't. now I am stuck with Compatible mode so I want to get back to Enhanced mode. I want to know how shall I fix this issue, I guess changing some registry keys will do the work but I dunno which key has to be changed.

I have Windows 8.1 x64bit edition and Foxconn G41mx-k motherboard and hitachi 256GB hard disk.

    I did this method
Changing IDE to AHCI caused no boot

but it didn't work, still I get BSOD whenever I boot windows on enhanced mode. but I did install windows while it's on enhanced mode but later I changed to compatible and then when i try to get back to enhanced mode I get this issue.

Do you have IRST drivers loaded ? Also AHCI may not be compatible with that HDD, what do you need AHCI for ? there's no advantage with HDDs at all.

I fixed it, I used a new motherboard and the windows itself fixed it and also it fixed the CRC error count issue too because it happened due to bad SATA controller (on motherboard) actually my hard disk is perfect.
