So today I was tinkering around in action center and decided to view reliability history and I came across a hardware error so i'll post this error and see if someone could possibly read it.. I haven't had any BSOD.

If the Dump log is still there. Try WhoCrashed, to give you a better to read format of what exactly crashed.

Outdated Intel display adapter was the issue for that code. Updated the driver and no errors since..
