Solved use Tv as PC monitor ?

Hello !
please i need to backup all data i have on laptop as my hard is dying, so the only way i have now is to transfer all data to my old pc desktop
but i have a problem as my desktop monitor is broken but my pc is ok with windows 7 so i need to make my TV hisense as monitor but when i connect it using vga no picture appears

so how can i install tv on pc without any monitor or change resolution ?

If the PC is working correctly, but just no display, all of them that I've seen will automatically output via the external monitor connector if something is connected. Most TV's have to be set for whatever input, are you setting the TV for the VGA input?

Maybe there is no video out on the PC and that is the problem and not the actual display?

i'm setting everything correct but nothing appears
and i think the problem in resolution degrees need to be changed and dont know how !

nothing new
just connected the vga before opening the pc and tv
then i connected and everything become alright
