Solved CPU Cooling

Question about how my cooling seems, that it is adequately cooling well enough.

Back in the late winter i installed a Arctic Freezer 13 Cooler Heatsink. I used Arctic Silver 5 to mount it.

Avid room temp now are a bit warmer then in winter. I just wanted to check it again so i ran IntelBurn Test V2.54.
Ran it first on standard, then i ran it on high with a time to run at 5.

This is what it looked like during the test. No higher then 60-64c during the test, although fluctuated below it at times to 54-55c.
Second capture #2 shows about 4-5 min. after to see how well it is cooling after test.

Just want to know that it seems to be doing good and cooling o.k.

Good to know!! Meaning i did a good job when i installed it and by also applying the Arctic silver 5.
I was gonna try very high on IntelBurn Test, but felt i proved enough. Some precautions on using it too. I know room temps play a part, i also have 2 Noctua fans in case, one 92mm and one 80mm.One exhausting in, other exhausting out, plus PSU fan.TY

Only a Prime95-Run (max. Heat) will tell you for sure, but it looks ok for an air-cooled one @stock-speed.

Yes, there are debates on which is the better test over the internet, this one is rated well too. Maybe i will try that one, but mostly used for people who overclock which i am not looking to do.TY

Doesn't matter if OCing or not, those tests are designed to put high level of stress on certain components and so test if they are working right, overheating etc. You can leave a monitoring program like "Speedfan" during those tests and see exactly what's going on in every stage of test, core loading, temps, fan control reaction etc.

Yes, i used AIDA64 because i already had it to monitor. Just know there is always precautions to using any of these programs, even stated that if you use them they are not liable for what could happen.

As said, maybe i will try this one, i will research it more, but ran IntelBurn on very high before, months back, this time i only tried high.
All in all just do not want to fry anything up,

You're best off just monitoring while you are doing what you normally do, some games and video programs can load up processor and other components even further than benchmarks but not for as long times as those benchmarks and endurance testers. It's pretty difficult to fry components nowadays, they all have safeties built in.

Alright,ty, I know what you mean, as seen in my image in post # 1 i have AIDA64 can run on screen at all times if i want it to. They are suppose to come out with a newer version, right now it is in beta, which will be able to display it in game with Rivatuner. As i only play a few choice games, ones i do can push my CPU and GPU at times. I also tried for GPU Valley Benchmark and EVGA PrecisionX which uses RivaTuner. Knowing these 2 are only for the GPU.

There Are Many Different Programs You Can Use!
Almost All New Hp Laptop come with a little program called "Cool Sense" In this you can chose a "Smart Cool" Option
