Possible to change keyboard button to osk.exe instead?

Hi,
on my taskbar, there is a keyboard button. This toggles "touch keyboard".
I prefer the accessibility "on screen keyboard" (osk.exe). Start search for it if you want to check what I mean.
Can I make the taskbar button toggle this instead?

edit: image to clarify
A=button for toggling
B=numberpad on osk.exe (to show that this is NOT the normal touch keyboard)

Nice try, but this workaround is not effective because:
0. Keyboard shortcuts are difficult to use in the case that a keyboard is not present, and
1. user defined shortcuts of any kind will steal focus from the current edit box*. Also,
2. I want a toggle button (not one button for "osk" and a different button for "tskill osk").

A solution has not been reached.

thanks

*the special keyboard button labelled A in the opening post has the unique property that it won't change input location in the topmost app when tapped
