This has been happening since day one and it doesn't seem to matter which browser.
I'll be surfing the internet for a while and then all of a sudden when I type in the URL address, nothing happens. Well, that is not quite true. Things start to go crazy. It's like I'm holding down the control button or the alt button and the "setup" window in the browser opens up.
Without doing anything to the brower, I'll switch to another program. And I can type. I switch back to the browser. I can't type.
The only way to get it to stop this is to quit the browser and start it back up. Then I can type in the browser again. A few days later, it will happen again.
And it doesn't matter which one. Chrome, IE, Opera. Everyone exhibits the same quirk.
I would love to get this to stopp.
