How to move the Surface Pro 3 Recovery Partition?

Hey guys,

So I backed up my recovery partition to a USB thumb drive 32gb and I want to move it to a smaller USB 16gb drive.

Is there any way to move it from one USB to another? If so, how?

Also, just curious. Would I be able to move the recovery partition to my 1TB usb WD drive (where all my backed-up data is?)
