Hello all. New to the forums, hope I'm posting in the right place!

I recently got a new laptop (HP Pavilion TouchSmart Notebook) after my old laptop died. I have a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet that I've used for a number of years now. It worked fine with my old laptop with Windows 7, but the pressure sensitivity no longer works with the new laptop. I've contacted wacom customer support and been informed that touchscreen laptops "can cause intermittent issues" and are not supported with wacom's tablets. That being said, is there any way to possibly get my tablet working again?
Things I've tried:
Deleting all wacom/bamboo files and installing latest driver
Deleting all wacom/bamboo files and installing driver 5.25 (as recommended by wacom customer support)
Reset wacom setting through Files Utility
Various quick-fixes found online (ex. deleting webcam drivers)

Any suggestions? Thanks for reading!
