Smartsense is pretty well implemented on my hp m6 notebook using windows 7.
but on my Samsung NP365E5C, the driver Samsung allowed it to have was dated back in mid 2012, and lacked Smartsense [or Palmcheck]. I can download the later package from synaptics but it will bios [or something] check and not install. cannot force it via device manager either.
any ideas other than using generic mouse driver and good 'ole "Touchfreeze" ???
anyone with a sammy notebook: could I download a later synaptics package for a later model of samsung notebook and install that? if so, how? since sam's "swupdate" util controls the show?
