Solved seconday ssd

I a bit stuck at the minute I have just put in a second ssd for just games and storage.in windows disk manager which type of partition do I set it to mbr or gpt this is not for my windows that's on another ssd thanks

MBR will work just fine on that SSD,you will not need GPT.

Performance wise, it does not make any difference. GPT style support large HD > 2TB and can create more than 4 primary partitions. SSD is not even close to that size. So you can use either but personnaly I set it to MBR because if you happen to have a need to access/read from third party boot disk, some of them can't read GPT.

I have two SSD's in my laptop. The one with Windows installed on it is GPT. The second DATA drive is MBR. I just accepted the defaults when I partitioned and formatted the second drive. No iisues with my setup that I know of.
