This is not the March 1st bug... it's been going on from the day I installed to the present. I plug in my HTC Titan and Zune says "Can't connect to your phone. Disconnect it, restart it, then try connecting again."
Needless to say this does not work. I uninstalled/reinstalled Zune as well to no avail.
How do I even BEGIN to trouble shoot this, what should I look at? Has anyone else had this problem? Very frustrating as I've been loading up pics I'd like to transfer and some music I'd like to download, etc. Without Zune my phone has lost a chunk of usability.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
