Try with this : Download HP USB Stick Formatting Tool | techPowerUp make sure it is not used by some other program.

    Hi,

    Give the following a try:

    1. While the pendrive is in
    2. Right click on 'This PC' and go to manage
    3. In the computer management window click on Disk Management (see left hand pane)
    4. Right click on the removable disk (Make sure you select the correct drive / letter)
    5. Select Format

    Cheers,
    Jamie

Or you might want to try diskpart:

Ah, no Partition defined. Did you try making it ? If it would not work from there you can try with this EaseUS Partition Master - Free Partition Magic alternative, Partition Manager Software for Windows PC and Server

You must have mistyped it somehow.
BTW, Unallocated ====> meaning you only need to right click and initialize it as simple volume.

In Charms search type Diskpart and than in the Cmd window that opens type only: list disk
