When i press the volume button it goes to narrator settings and there's a lady who is speaking(guiding me).
but i don't how to get the volume button back to normal before the Windows 8.1 update.

Well i have tried getting rid of it in the control settings(BIOS)but it keeps coming back and it is really annoying!

I just want to DISABLE Narrator on my Acer Iconia W7000 for Good!

Bit of a long shot but...

I think pressing the Windows logo key and Volume Up button together start the narrator...
Try tapping the Windows Logo keys a little to make sure they are not stuck down

I think that happened to me when I pressed the volume-up and home button at the same time. All I did was disable narrator in the ease of access settings in control panel.
