How do I restore my keyboard key functions?

Hey,

yesterday I was tinkering with a few keys on my keyboard, changing the default key operations of W, A, S, & D to UP, LEFT, DOWN, & RIGHT. It's a day later and I can't remember how to change it back!

Does anybody know which setting I can change to have a default keyboard?

I'm running Windows 8.1 64-bit & using a Lenovo ThinkPad

EDIT: I did download autohotkey & wrote a script altering the function of said keys, but I've since killed the process.

Is it a Helix keyboard? If not indicate the full make and model of the computer.

It is! Sorry for not including that in the original post.

Use a paper clip on the dock reset switch which is the small pin-hole on the back of the keyboard dock next to the mini Display Port connection. Disconnect the tablet from the keyboard dock as well as the power and any peripherals when performing the reset.

It's a Lenovo Thinkpad S230u. Did you need any other information?

I found that going to device manager and updating the hot key resolved my keyboard issues.
