MB: MSI G41M4-L SATA2 3Gbps USB2.0 Maximum processor Core 2 Quad Q9500, 2.83 GHz, DDR2 memory (can keep yours maybe ad some)
Asus H81M-A SATA3 6Gbps USB3.0. That I3 4150 would work on this MB bit some I5 would be better. Need DDR3 memory for that. Does not have to be over 1333 MHz.
Would suggest new PSU but it's power would depend on video card, speaking of that, did you plan any ?

Wouldn't it be better to choose the 2GB GDDR3?,I see new games now require 4GB GPU minimum.

Unless SSD, no visible ones, if old one is in good shape.

Well I'm looking for best performance, money not an issue.
SSD or SSHD?,unless SSHD also requires defragging then i buy SSD.
I'm a gamer and multi-tasking.

Even "gamer" is pretty loose description, if you want to play most modern and "heavy" games and to be in clear for next few years, you'll have to do much better than just replacing some of those components.
Where an SSD is king is: fast system loading, game/program starting, in games, faster level and inter level loading, background work faster (loading and unloading .dll files, temp files and page file work).
Where's not that good is price per GB. It's best to combine SSD speed with higher capacity HDDs, system and essential programs used all the time on the SSD and data and other programs on HDD. Games you can install on HDD and most will leave some files on your system SSD so it will be fast and not use precious GBs on the SSD.
