Flash memory is not accessible

Flash Memory ScanDisk Cruzer Blade 8 GB

Tried to open Flash Memory , i found error message that it's not accessible , size of it is Zero !!
also it's RAW drive
how to fix it ?
Kindly be notified that there is date in flash memory and it's important to me ( Formatting isn't solution)

used Testdisk and i found memory hardly , after choose analysis then intel , found message : Partition : Read Error
they clicked deep search and don't found anything

Any Solution else !!!

For the future be aware that flash drives (even the best) are not sufficiently reliable to be used as primary storage for important files. In addition to the reliability issues they may be lost, stolen, or physically damaged. These devices should be used primarily as a transport media. All important files need at least one backup copy.

This is probably caused by a corrupt firmware in the flash controller.

I think you can't fix it without losing the data. Best chances to retrieve your data from that flash drive is to consult it to professional data recovery service if that data has some importance for you.

Professional data recovery for these devices is very expensive, even more so than for conventional drives.
