Help! mouse right clicks alone

Hello , i have a very big problem ,i searched every piece and every thread possible and i couldn't find anything about it.

i have a lenovo z710 ideapad with 2 usb 3.0 and 2 usb 2.0

The problem is :
i have a gaming mouse from zowie ec1 designed by heaton.
mouse it doesn't have any problems i have it from almost 1 year and is working great
everytime i move the mouse , the right click menu appers! i cannot do nothing , only using the touchpad

please help me because i really need to work it out to use my plotter and install my windows 8

ps: in win 7 when i install usb 3.0 extensible host controller i had this problem with same mouse.

You guys are my last chanse . Sorry for bad english.

Are there any drivers for your mouse online? Also, make sure you've installed all recommended updates from Microsoft update

Could it be that some "Mouse gestures" are assigned to it ?
