    Block In Calls

I upgraded to Windows Phone 8 Black Update and couldn't find the option to block Calls and SMS from certain numbers, and want to know if this feature is still available in Windows Phone 8 Black Update?

You can find it in Settings > System > Call & SMS Filter:

See if you can download it from Windows Phone Store: call+SMS filter | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)

Installed this from App Store and getting this message after starting - "Can't open the filter at the moment. Please try again later or restart your phone."

If you got your phone through your mobile operator, you should call them for assistance.

Where and how you the update? Was it suggested by your phone or did you download and install it separately for instance over your developer account?

I used the inbuilt Windows Phone Update Feature >>>Settings> Phone Update and installed Windows Phone 8 Black Update....

Now I installed the feature you suggested above from Windows Phone 8 Store and getting error >> "Can't open the filter at the moment. Please try again later or restart your phone."

Have you turned your phone off since installing call blocking? If not, do it now. Turn the phone on again and try again. If nothing other helps, then I would recommend a total reset.

If you decide to reset, please do not forget to backup your messages and contacts.
