Hello guys, I'm new to this forum, not sure if this is the right place to post this question.

So i purchased a Bluetooth portable speaker from a china it was very cheap and works great the website i got from is *REMOVED* and the model is the bv200 the only issue is that it has some annoying greetings and they are in chinese.

I want to know how can I access this device and delete or replace this greeting, it has a micro usb connection but when i plug it in to my computer it dosent show up in the device list.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

I don't have a solution but have seen where drive letters can't be assigned to USB devices such as the Bluetooth adapters, Wi-Fi adapters, USB mouse, Modems, etc., apparently are coded to prevent other uses not allowed by the vendors.
