Just giving ideas, since I know how frustrating it can be to not have things work. Probably not going to help, but I'm trying lol.

Boot to safe mode - first, uninstall the driver using the device manager. Also check the box to delete the driver while doing so.

Then after, install the driver using the device manager method. Once it says it is all good and appears to be the July 2009 driver date in properties, reboot to Safe Mode + Networking.

See if the network works well now. Test I.E., Firefox or Chrome in this Safe Mode + Networking. Test some other software too which networks, but is not a browser.

Prateek, here is your bios update: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Deta...=2367&lang=eng

I still believe it has something to do with your bios. I would double check that the latest is installed for the motherboard. Even if it is, I would install it again. I would then after, pull the cmos battery out of the motherboard for a minute, then replace it.

Here is a relevant thread showing success:

UD3P Realtek LANs This device cannot start (Code 10)

No. Forget the battery at least for now.

Install the Windows version bios from the Intel link. Direct link to the file you need:
    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/conf...ProductID=2367

Then reboot and see if it works.

If not, then power off. Pull out the battery for a minute. Replace it. Then go back into bios and load optimized defaults.

    Reboot to Windows.

Install the new driver that I linked to in my first post, whether it is already working or not.

I'm talking about this guy's post: UD3P Realtek LANs This device cannot start (Code 10)

There probably is a setting in your bios to clear dmi pool data. That's what you want to do. Boot to Windows and check.

Other than that, yes, you can try pulling out the battery for a minute, replacing it, then rebooting.

    --------

If you have a Quick Boot feature in your bios, set that to off (or disabled or no.) Save.
