Point all the way to the bottom left of the screen. Right click. Choose Control Panel.

Administrative Tools is there. All you need to do is set it (view by: ) for large icons.

Have you read my first post? I mean that "When I press to "administrative tools" windows gives me an error: "C:\users\public\главное меню\программы\administrative tools\ refers to location that is unavailable..."
After that I tried to find directory myself, and found it in C:\users\UserName\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative tools\, but there is no any files."

Open an elevated command prompt. Type this command then press enter. Follow the simple instructions it gives:

    sfc /scannow

That will fix any files missing on your system but I don't think that you have a problem. That particular location is empty on purpose, even on Windows 7.

Another way to get to the shortcuts is to copy/paste this to Windows Explorer address bar and press enter:

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools

Command Prompt said: "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
Windows said again: "C:\users\public\главное меню\программы\administrative tools\ refers to location that is unavailable..."

Download this zip of shortcuts and extract it to wherever you want to keep them. Desktop is fine or so is anyplace else.

If you want to, check the sevenforums.com site for the Take Ownership reg file. Install it. Then go to C:\users\public\главное меню\программы\administrative tools\ and take ownership of it by right clicking on the directory.

Then by doing that, you can extract the zip in this post to that location.

    Whatever's clever.

You're very welcome! Try to get that audio working. It may be an exercise in futility but I wouldn't give up on it yet.
