Hello,
So yesterday I updated my Operating system from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. Everything seems to work fine except my bluetooth. I used to connect to my devices from the sound tab but now I only see my speakers as a playback device

The devices are installed on my laptop but i cant connect to them.
I tried downloading new bluetooth drivers but it still didnt work. I also tried to add new devices but when I try to enter the bluetooth tab in pc settings my pc gets stuck. Finally I tried making my pc visible so I connect to it from my device but it gave me this error
.
Any help regarding my problem would be appreciated, if you need any more information just let me know.
