Touch keyboard shortcut on object dock 2.1

I've installed object dock on my tablet. I want to add a shortcut to the dock that will open the touch keyboard. The file associated with the touch keyboard is taptip.exe. I created a shortcut of this app on my desktop and then I moved the shortcut to my dock. When I try and open the dock shortcut I get an error message stating the file could not be opened and to check the location? Is there a way to add this touch keyboard?

I should mention this is for W8.1 64b
