Bluetooth is giving me this error: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" when I go check it through the Device Manager. The drivers are updated and I have already uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. My laptop can still connect and use Wifi without problems. The device is a Qualcomm Atheros AR3011. Is this a hardware problem?
