Nah - latest driver is the one I linked to (2006) and it's only for XP. Of course you can install it on 7 or 8, but it's rather pointless for the most part. Acceleration and Aero (for 7) will not work.
It might do a little something if hardware acceleration is disabled for Flash.

You need to know that, in all likelihood, the driver will not install, or even if it does, will not work on Windows 8.
I have an old Toshiba notebook that uses the Intel 915GM chipset and I've already tries all the tweaks to try to get that driver to work -- and it won't. Problem is that driver is an XPDM driver, written without WDDM support. Back in Win7, MS supported XPDM drivers, so it would both install and work. But, MS removed XPDM support from Win8, so it won't work anymore.
