Solved Ehstortcgdrv.sys Corrupted. How Do I Fix?

Eventvwr is logging a corrupted ehstortcgdrv.sys file. I did a binary compare against another computer and have verified that it and another copy are indeed corrupted (system32 and filerepository). I do not use this driver but want to fix it. The simple solution is to copy the known good file over the two corrupted ones, but I'm getting an access denied error (files owned by driver). What is the best way to fix this without restoring/resetting the computer?
