    Problems booting up

My dell 5520 is stuck at at the dell load up screen with the options F2 for setup or F12 for boot options. However these do not actually select those options and it's just stuck here. I have my boot disc in, but no way to choose to boot from it. Halp.

    Hi Robert,

Press and hold the power button until the system turns off. Once the system is off power up the machine again.

You might need to disconnect the power cable & battery for a few minutes.

Thank you, but I've already tried that multiple times, and it gets me no further than this screen.

That is not a very good sign. You will need to contact Dell Support for further assistance.
