windows dont install 64 bit drivers

ive tried both with soundblaster sound card and NVidia graphics card
it just don't want to install the 64 bit drivers what am I doing wrong

Please type msinfo32 in Start, then press Enter.

File | Save on the opened screen.

Right click the saved file and choose Send to >>> Compressed folder.

Attach the .zip file it made to a new post here, using the icon that looks like a paperclip. You will need to use advanced mode reply form.
