I am using a gaming mouse which has a maximum setting of 3200 DPI. I have it set to 3200 DPI. The game I am playing has a slider to adjust mouse sensitivity and that slider is maxed out. With that said, the sensitivity/speed is still too slow for my liking.
Is there anyway that I can speed up the mouse sensitivity/speed in game. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Really only thing else I could say is try using it on a different surface than you currently are to see if it behaves any differently.
Check battery levels.
