Get back from AHCI to IDE in Windows 8.1

One day, I changed the configuration of IDE to AHCI through Windows registry and configuring the BIOS parameters.
Today, I want to go back to IDE without reinstalling Windows.
I do not know how to do.
    Can you help me?
    Thanks.

    Why go back?

    But if you want to:

    1. Startup "Regedit
    2. Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlset / Services
    3. Open msahci
    4. In the right field left click on "start" and go to Modify
    5. In the value Data field enter "3" and click "ok"
    6. exit "Regedit"

    7. Boot to bios and change to IDE.
    8. Boot to Windows.

I just checked my registry for you and I'm currently on a machine with IDE. It had 3 so that should be the way to go. I just edited the instructions in reverse for you (reverse, meaning instead of putting 1 for AHCI, 3 is for IDE.)

    Thank you so much!
Because I've noticed that some games have stuttering. And I do not remember this happening when IDE was activated.
    Is this possible?

Nah, the stuttering issue is very likely unrelated.

If you run the tool found in Brink's link here, then post the results, I might have some suggestions. (Even if no bsods ever happened, that's ok.)

If you are running an SSD, do NOT turn off AHCI, it's needed. If HDD, it does not matter.
