Hi,

I bought a DELL XPS Studio 9000 in the United States.
I moved it to Switzerland where I used it without an issue.

I now moved it to Hong Kong, plugged it in, but no power (monitor as well as tower). The light comes on for a second, then goes off.

Voltage can't be the issue since my pc can handle 120-240v. What could it be???

Thank you!

Is there a switch on the back to choose 110 or 220 ?

No switch.

I plugged the tower and monitor separately (I now only have 1 plug adapter). Perhaps the monitor needs to be plugged in too for the tower to start?
